It’s seems insane to me that a former health facility -that served the local community for a century- should be left to ruin and vandalism in such a humiliating and undignified manner. Yeah it’s still standing, but for how much longer I don’t know…
My mother was the Matron of the hospital for many years. I was born there and grew up in the hospital as we were housed there too. It deeply saddens me to see it in this state. I have amazing memories of living there but now its just a wasteland…..
