Every evening this fishing fleet heads down the Prek Thom river, through Kampot city and out to sea for a nights fishing- it is quite a sight. Most of this footage is shot from an abandoned French colonial era bridge in downtown Kampot, plus a couple of clips shot while on a boat. In recent years there has been some altercations between the fleet and alleged illegal Vietnamese fishing vessels operating in Cambodian waters.
